The freshman priority application deadline for fall semester is February 1. After this date (but no later than July 1), completed applications are considered on a space available basis.

Freshman applicants wishing to be considered for scholarship must submit a completed application for admission by February 1 and must be admitted and meet all eligibility criteria by March 1.

The completed application deadline for the spring semester is November 1.

A completed application includes the application for admission and all required documents.

Please note: online applications must be submitted before 5 p.m. (Mountain) on the deadline date.

Applicants are expected to check their application status online for the most current information; instructions and the applicant's CSUID are sent once the application is processed.

Once an application is complete and is referred to the committee for review, applicants can expect to receive notification of their application status within a few weeks.

Because we review each application fully and holistically, some applications take longer to review than others, and additional information may be requested before a decision can be rendered.

Email is a primary communication tool for Admissions. It is important that applicants

keep a valid email address on file with the Office of Admissions at all times

check their email at least once a week during the admission process, and

ensure they can receive email from admissions@colostate.edu by adding that address to their address book and/or safe senders list.
