Health Services
CSU Health Network Service
The CSU Health Network
is equipped to meet the health care needs of students and their
dependents. Visits to staff physician, nurse, or nurse practitioner and
walk-in health assessments are paid for by your student health fee.
Other services available at a reduced cost includes: x-rays, lab,
pharmacy, physical therapy, dental care, casts, optometry and
vaccinations.
Health Insurance and Immunization Requirements
All
international students and accompanying dependents are required to
enroll in the student health services insurance program or to show
proof of equivalent or better protection. University-sponsored health
insurance or equivalent coverage will fulfill this requirement.
Additionally,
the State of Colorado requires students to show proof of immunization
against measles, mumps, and rubella. A record of Tetanus/Diphtheria,
Hepatitis B, and tuberculosis immunizations also is recommended. For
more information, review the immunization section of the CSU Health Network website.
