Birthplace: Harvey, IL, although I would say Fort Collins is my hometown.
Educational Experience: Graduated from Colorado State in 2006 with a Bachelor's in Political Science with a minor in Spanish.
What I enjoyed during my time as a student at CSU: Just about everything. I worked in Orientation for 3 summers, I was an RA in Corbett Hall, a Career Peer Advisor in the Career Center and I worked at the Bookstore. College had as much to do with the experiences as it did with the studies.
What I like most about Fort Collins: Duh...it's beautiful! And having mountains right in your backyard doesn't hurt!
What I think potential students should know: College is what you make of it. Take the initiative to get involved and become part of the community; don't just wait for others to ask you. There are a world of opportunities that await, so jump in and get started. Oh, and the other thing you will definitely need to know is the Fight Song...but we'll save that until you get here!
