Directions to Campus

• Exit I-25 at Prospect Road (Exit 268).
• Travel west on Prospect Road approximately four miles to College Avenue.
• Turn right (north) onto College Avenue.
• Continue approximately 0.7 miles and turn left (west) onto Laurel Street.
• Travel west on Laurel Street to Howes Street.
• Turn left (south) onto Howes Street. The road will bear right as a one-way street onto Oval Drive. The University Welcome Center and Office of Admissions, located in Ammons Hall, are in the second building on the right. The Transfer Student Center is in the TILT Building directly south of Ammons Hall.
• To park, take the first right-hand turn (about 100 feet after you enter the Oval). Once there, you will have several options for parking:
  • Limited parking is available in front of Ammons Hall in the spaces marked “Reserved for Admission Office Guests.”
  • If those spaces are full, proceed west into the larger parking lot (Lot 315) that is southwest of Ammons Hall.
  • If that lot is full, proceed further west into the next "A" parking lot (Lot 310). Do not park in metered or numbered stalls.
  • If that lot is full, exit the parking lot and turn right (east) onto Laurel Avenue. Travel east on Laurel Avenue to Mason Street and turn right (south) at the train tracks. There are several lots along the Mason Street corridor (Lot 325, 330, 332 and 335).
  • Please pick up a Visitor Parking Permit at the reception desk in Ammons Hall and place it on your rearview mirror. Visitor Parking Permits are not valid at meters or in numbered stalls. You will be responsible for any parking citations received in those spaces. Please note that Visitor Parking Permits are not required on Saturdays.
  For GPS purposes only: the Ammons Hall physical address is 711 Oval Dr. This should NOT be used as a mailing address (instead, use Colorado State University Office of Admissions, 1062 Campus Delivery, Fort Collins CO  80523-1062)

• Exit I-25 at Prospect Road (Exit 268).

• Turn right (north) onto College Avenue.
• Continue approximately 0.7 miles and turn left (west) onto Laurel Street.
• Turn left (south) at Meldrum Street, which will take you onto campus and into parking lot (Lot 310). The University Welcome Center, located in Ammons Hall, will be to your left (east) as you enter the parking lot. The Transfer Student Center is in the TILT Building directly south of Ammons Hall.
• Parking is available in Lot 310 or Lot 315.
• You can pick up a Visitor Parking Permit for "A" parking at the reception desk in the University Welcome Center (located in Ammons Hall). Please note that Visitor Parking Permits are not required on Saturdays.

For those traveling on or after March 4, 2013, the MAX Construction Project will cause road closures on Prospect. Please use the following directions to access the Lory Student Center.

• Exit I-25 at Mulberry (Exit 269 B).
• Turn left (south) on College Avenue and travel approximately 0.2 miles to Laurel Street.
• Turn right (west) at Laurel Street and travel one mile towards Shields St. Turn left (south) on Shields street and travel approximately 0.5 miles towards W. Pitkin St.
• Turn left (east) on W. Pitkin St. and travel approximately 0.4 miles towards Meridian Ave.
• At this point, you may turn left (north)on Meridian Ave. and then turn right (east) onto South Drive. This will take you to the "A" parking lots just south of the Lory Student Center and west of Morgan Library (Lots 425, 420 and 412 are prime parking). 
• You may also turn right (south) on and follow Meridian as it curves a bit, then turn left (east) onto Lake Street. Enter the Lake Street Parking Garage (Lot 570) from Center and park in "A" or "Z" stalls. From there, you can walk due north through campus to the Lory Student Center.

A Visitor Parking Permit will be mailed to all registered student participants prior to their Visit Day program.
