Choose Your Own Adventure

Choose CSU offers admitted students a different way to experience campus. Transfer students, parents, family members and mentors are invited to attend.

Setup as a conference style event, admitted students will customize their schedule to get the information that is most relevant to them. Using our Choose CSU mobile event guide, attendees will set their schedule based on the various presentations, tours, and events happening across campus during the event. The program includes:

  • Multiple check-in options
  • Optional events and tours prior to the official start of the program
  • Sessions and tours hosted by academic colleges and campus resources
  • Admitted student resource fair
  • Local Fort Collins discounts
  • CSU swag

Whether you already know you’re a future ram, considering your options, or returning to campus for another visit, Choose CSU offers a unique way to explore campus unlike any other visit opportunity.

Rent A Bike

As a Platinum Bicycle Friendly University & Community, biking is a big part of our campus and Fort Collins community.

We’ve partnered with local business, Recycled Cycles to offer Choose attendees the opportunity to secure bike rentals for the day at a discounted price of $15 per-bike. Availability of bikes cannot be guaranteed unless reserved in advance.

When registering, request to receive more information and we’ll send you next steps to secure bike rentals. Attendees will have the option to pick up their bikes near check-in the morning of the event or on Friday the day before prior to 4:30 p.m at no added cost. All bikes must be returned to a designated rack on-campus on Saturday by 5:00 p.m.

Information about other city-wide bike share programs and day-of rentals will be made available in the mobile event guide.

Cost and Fee Waivers

There is $10-per-person fee to attend this event. Upon registration, students who qualified for an application fee waiver will automatically receive an event fee waiver for a student plus one guest. Review our event refund and fee waiver policies and instructions. Cost includes full access to the event schedule and programming, lunch in an on-campus dining center, and CSU swag.
