Spring 2018

You went through countless edits on your application. You waited patiently to hear a decision. And finally, you received a packet and read two simple words: “You’re In!”

Now that you’re admitted, its time to visit campus. Whether this is your first visit or returning to campus, admitted student information sessions and campus tours provide an overview of admitted student next steps and allow you to select a tour option that is right for you. All campus tours include a comprehensive look at student life and academics.

These information sessions and tours are designed for first-year admitted students.

January – April 2018

Ammons Hall

Friday Afternoons (January-April)

  • 1:30 PM – Admitted Information Session
  • 2:00 PM – General or Academic Interest Tour (90-120 minutes)
  • 4:00 PM – Visit Concludes

Monday Mornings (February)

  • 10:30 AM – Admitted Information Session
  • 11:00 AM – General or Academic Interest Tour (90-120 minutes)
  • 1:00 PM – Visit Concludes

Wednesday Evenings (March-April)

  • 5:30 PM – Admitted Information Session
  • 6:00 PM – General or Academic Interest Tour (90-120 minutes)
  • 8:00 PM – Visit Concludes

Tour Options

Select Your Tour Preference

Upon registration you’ll have an opportunity to select a general campus tour or academic interest tour. Both tours options will provide a comprehensive look at student life and academics at CSU.

General Campus Tour

  • Recommended for first time visitors
  • Includes Residence Hall
  • Highlights academic and student life spaces tailored to your academic interest
  • 90 minute tour

Academic Interest Tour

  • Recommended for returning visitors
  • Highlights academic and student life spaces based on your academic program
  • Residence Hall may not be included
  • 90-120 minute tour depending on your program

Food and Beverage

Refreshments

Coffee, tea, and water refill stations will be available during the session.

Dining center meal

We hear it all the time: “how’s the food on campus?”

Well, we encourage you to dine in any of our on-campus dining centers and experience for yourself. Discount meal tickets are available for purchase ($7.00/person) for all students and guests at check-in.

Cost

There is no cost attend these information sessions and campus tours. Visitor parking passes are required and provided for free at check-in.

Department and Academic College Visits

If you’re interested in visiting with an academic department or college during your tour we encourage you to contact them directly. Academic Interest Tours may provide an opportunity to connect with these representatives.

To arrange those visits please visit college contacts page. We recommend arranging visits at least three-two weeks in advance.
