When will my day start?

Check-in is from 8:30-9 a.m. The Welcome Session will begin promptly at 9 a.m.

What if we’re running late?

Late check-in will be available. With hundreds of guests at this event, we encourage you to arrive early or on time. CSU classes will be in session, so there will be additional traffic to consider. While we strive to make check-in as easy and quick as possible, lines will likely be unavoidable at times, and we want to make sure you don’t miss a thing.

Where do I check in?

Check in on the 3rd floor of the Lory Student Center outside Ballroom A. Look for signs and staff members in green polo shirts. Staff will be stationed in the Lory Student Center to answer your questions and to help you find your way.

Can I bring my parents, guests, caregiver or siblings?

Family members and supporters are welcome to join you. Please add them to your registration, so we have an accurate attendance count.

What if there is a weather emergency?

In the event CSU is closed due to weather, all registrants will receive a text and email notification of the event’s cancellation. A notice also will be posted at safety.colostate.edu. It is rare for CSU to close due to weather thanks to our well-equipped facilities department. However, if the weather is bad and CSU remains open, we want you to make the decision whether to attend based on your circumstances and comfort.

What should I wear?

We recommend you wear comfortable, layered clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather. You may be a part of sessions that are both indoors and outdoors, especially if you take a tour.

I cannot find the confirmation email after registering. Where do I find it?

Please contact admissionsvisits@colostate.edu for your confirmation email to be re-sent.

My parents or caregiver registered me under a different name. How can I change my name on the registration?

Please contact admissionsvisits@colostate.edu they will be able to assist with changing the name in the registration.
