#1. Stay toasty near a fire in the Lory Student Center
There are many spaces in the Lory Student Center to recharge. Kick your feet up and read a book near the fireplaces of the Diane Warren Kindness Lounge or the Paul and Elsie Forsythe Legacy Lounge, both equipped with cozy seating, amazing views, and peaceful vibes.
#2. Grab coffee with a friend at a campus coffee shop
There is never a bad time to enjoy a warm drink with a friend or family member on campus to warm back up. You can grab a cup of coffee or tea at Sweet Sinsations or Intermissions in the Lory Student Center, Morgan’s Grind at the Morgan Library, and more shops on campus. There’s also a few amazing coffee shops nearby!
#3. Sit back in a residence hall lounge
Many residence halls have lounges for Rams to hang out, catch up with friends, and study. Corbett Hall has a warm space to unwind near the Foundry, the nearest dining center. Feel free to grab a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup there. What could be better? Come on.
#4. Bundle up in green and gold at the bookstore
Regardless of the chill vibe on campus, end your day at the CSU Bookstore in the Lory Student Center to get your CSU swag on. Blankets, beanies, hoodies, jackets, and a Cam the Ram plushie are just a few cozy suggestions.
#5. Unwind in a hot tub or a sauna at the recreation center
Stay warm and take a beat in the 40-person hot tub or the sauna and steam rooms at the Campus Recreation Center. Isn’t the best part of a workout taking a dip in the hot tub afterward?
