Summer is the perfect time for high school students to dive into new interests and explore future possibilities.

At Colorado State University, we offer a wide variety of summer camps designed to spark curiosity, build skills, and inspire confidence — all while experiencing life on our beautiful campuses in Fort Collins or Denver.

Browse the opportunities below to find the program that’s right for you or your student! Each camp offers something unique. Some are day programs, while others include overnight stays. While a few are free, others may require a fee or a short application process. All are held in Fort Collins unless otherwise noted.

No matter which camp you choose, you’ll gain hands-on experience, connect with like-minded peers, and grow in ways that will prepare you for your next big adventure. Add the breathtaking summer scenery of Colorado, and it’s an unforgettable experience waiting for you!

Drone Aviation Program

June 22 - 26, July 6 - 10, July 20 -24
For: Denver-area high school students
Format: Weeklong day program
Location: CSU Spur in Denver
Cost: $199 per student
Application: Due May 1
Benefits: Immersive 40-hour Drone Flight School seminar for Denver-area high school students and instructors. You will participate in classwork and hands-on flight operations and attend several aviation-related events. Afterward, you can take your FAA Remote Pilot exam and be credentialed as a commercial UAV pilot.

GLOBAL BUSINESS ACADEMY

July 12 - 22, 2026
For: Students entering grades 9-12
Format: Days plus overnights in the university dorms
Location: CSU Fort Collins
Cost: $3,750 per student, scholarships available
Application: The early application deadline is February 1 and the final application deadline is May 1.
Benefits: This program shows students how they can use business to create a better world. Students build global leadership and international business skills through hands-on projects and experiences.

FIRST-GENERATION BUSINESS SUMMIT

July 20 - 25, 2026
For: Students entering grades 10-12 or incoming college freshmen
Format: Days plus overnights in the university dorms
Location: CSU Fort Collins
Cost: Free
Application: Due April 21
Benefits: This free, immersive, week-long experience is designed to help you build the skills, confidence, and connections to envision your future in business, in college, and beyond.
