Night at Colorado State

Whether you visit in person or look at photos online, you tend to see our campus during the day. We wanted to capture that same vibrant energy … at night. Enjoy these four night scenes at Colorado State University.

#1. The sculpture garden at the Lory Student Center

Night scene of the sculpture garden at the Lory Student Center.

Find a spot to relax under the lights outside and take a look at the colors from the Lory Student Center Theatre.

#2. The Chemistry Research building

Multi-colored molecule lights at the Chemistry Research building.

Get molecular with it and get lost in the changing colors outside the Chemistry Research Building. “Earth’s Blanket” is a series of sculptures that represent the most-abundant greenhouse gases on Earth: water, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, ozone, and freon-12.

#3. The Lory Student Center

Find the Lory Student Center in a different light. The center is typically open from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m.

#4. The Lagoon on the west lawn

Hang out at the Lagoon to reflect and take in the view of the student recreation center.
