A fourth-generation Colorado resident, I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a double major in History and Spanish. In college, I had the great fortune to spend a year studying abroad in Puerto Rico and Costa Rica, immersing myself in local culture and language, and traveling throughout the Caribbean, Central America, and Mexico. After graduation, I worked as a Spanish interpreter for a refugee resettlement agency in Greeley, Colorado, then went on to work in Bogotá, Colombia, as a teacher and interpreter. Upon returning to Colorado, I  completed my master’s degree in Spanish Linguistics at CSU.

I have a passion for working with first-generation and Spanish-speaking students/families in Admissions, helping them get on the path to success at CSU and beyond. Please reach out anytime, and Go Rams!
