Students on a Daily Information Session Tour at Colorado State University

Due to ongoing concerns and preventative measures regarding COVID-19, all prospective student visits between March 16 and April 30 have been canceled. Visits after that date are tentatively scheduled, but could change. For updates on Admissions events, please visit

Information Sessions and Campus Tours provide a better understanding of how our location, academic programs, and community shape who we are as an institution and what it means to be a Ram.

You’ll receive a university and admissions overview, learn about the financial aid and scholarship process, and experience campus first-hand on the student led campus walking tour.

Sessions may fill quickly. Be sure to check for availability and register for your session before confirming your travel plans.

Due to university parking policies, all visitors must obtain a parking permit prior to parking on campus. Visitors may obtain an online permit by registering their vehicle’s license plate during the visit registration process. Once a vehicle’s information is registered, there is no need for a physical permit.

These digital permits are valid in any “Reserved Parking for Admission Guest” spaces in front of the building or in any “A” lot to the west of the building. Permits are not valid in “pay to park” spaces. This map highlights available visitor parking. Lots 315 and 310 on the map are classified as “A” lots.

Visitor Parking Permits are not required after 4:00 p.m. or on weekends.

Coffee, tea, and water refill stations will be available during the session.

Dining center meal

We hear it all the time: “how’s the food on campus?”

Well, we encourage you to dine in any of our on-campus dining centers and experience for yourself. Discount meal tickets are available for purchase ($7.25/person) for all students and guests at check-in.

These sessions and tours are free to attend.
