Who it's for: High school sophomores and juniors and their guests. This event is not suitable for high school seniors. Seniors, sign up for an info session and tour instead .

Where it is: This event is held at CSU's main campus in Fort Collins at the Lory Student Center.

What it is: This event is for current high school sophomores and juniors who would like to learn more about the college search process and about what CSU has to offer. This interactive day will include presentations from our academic colleges, a panel of CSU students and faculty, lunch at a dining center, an optional guided campus tour and more!

Parking for your event is free, but you must provide your vehicle’s license plate when you register for your visit in order to obtain a digital permit.

Please note that the parking lot for this event (Moby Arena parking lot #195) is a 10-15 minute walk to the venue at the Lory Student Center. Please factor in this time as you plan your travel.

Parking is available in the Moby Arena parking lot (#195). The best address for GPS directions is 951 W. Plum Street, Fort Collins, CO 80521. Upon arriving, please park in an “A” parking space.

For those traveling on I-25 to reach Fort Collins, use these directions:

  • Use exit 268, Prospect Road.
  • Head west and continue on Prospect Road for about 5 miles.
  • Turn right on Shields Street and continue for 0.2 miles.
  • Turn right on Elizabeth Street into the Moby Arena Parking lot.

Coming from out of town?

For those traveling to Fort Collins by air, Denver International Airport is the closest major airport to Fort Collins. We are about 65 miles north of the airport, and there are several options for transportation following your flight.

What time should I arrive?

Check-in begins at 8:30 AM.  There is a 10-15 minute walk from the parking lot to the check-in location, so we recommend you arrive on campus no earlier than 8:15 AM to arrive at check-in no earlier than 8:30 AM. Programming will begin at 9 AM.

What if we’re running late?

Late check-in will be available. With hundreds of guests at this event, we encourage you to arrive early or on time. CSU classes will be in session, so there will be additional traffic to consider. While we strive to make check-in as easy and quick as possible, lines will likely be unavoidable at times, and we want to make sure you don’t miss a thing.

Where do I check in?

Check in on the 3rd floor of the Lory Student Center in Ballroom A. Look for signs and staff members in green polo shirts. Staff will be stationed in the Lory Student Center to answer your questions and to help you find your way.

Can I bring my parents, guests, caregiver or siblings?

Family members and supporters are welcome to join you. Please add them to your registration, so we have an accurate attendance count.

What if there is a weather emergency?

In the event CSU is closed due to weather, all registrants will receive a text and email notification of the event’s cancellation. A notice also will be posted at safety.colostate.edu. It is rare for CSU to close due to weather thanks to our well-equipped facilities department. However, if the weather is bad and CSU remains open, we want you to make the decision whether to attend based on your circumstances and comfort.

What should I wear?

We recommend you wear comfortable, layered clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather. You may be a part of sessions that are both indoors and outdoors, especially if you take a tour.

My parents or caregiver registered me under a different name. How can I change my name on the registration?

Please contact [email protected] they will be able to assist with changing the name in the registration.
