Our customer service office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can expect a reply from us two business days after you reach out to us, or sooner! In the meantime, check out our frequently asked questions to see if you can get an answer right now.

The Welcome Center at Ammons Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays for tours. Our address is 711 Oval Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80521. Check out your opportunities to visit. Need directions and parking info?

Appointments with an admissions counselor

Undergraduate admissions:

Schedule a one-on-one appointment with an admissions counselor by finding your counselor and setting up a time on their web page. Appointments may be available by phone, video chat, or in person.

Transfer admissions:

Schedule a one-on-one video chat or phone call with a transfer admissions counselor. Appointments may be available by phone, video chat, or in person.

Appointments with current CSU students

Schedule time to talk with a current undergraduate student. Appointments may be available via video or phone call.

All applicant types are explained online. You can find out whether you are a freshman, transfer, returning, second bachelor’s, international, graduate, or nondegree-seeking applicant.
