Colorado Free App EVERY Day
Are you a Colorado student? You can apply to Colorado State University for free EVERY day!
What is Colorado Free Application EVERY Day?
Colorado Free Application Day was created to encourage Colorado’s best and brightest students to further their education in the state of Colorado. It allows Colorado students to apply for admission to many Colorado colleges and universities for free. To expand the opportunity, CSU offers free applications EVERY day for students attending school in Colorado or currently living in Colorado.
As a land-grant institution, CSU is committed to removing barriers to higher education, and this is a great opportunity to do just that.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I QUALIFY?
All Colorado students — first-year freshmen applicants, transfer applicants, second bachelor’s applicants, and non-degree students — qualify for Colorado Free App EVERY Day.
You are considered a Colorado student if:
- You have attended a Colorado high school or college/university
OR - You currently live in Colorado
HOW DOES IT WORK?
To take advantage of this opportunity, we recommend having your application materials prepared and apply online as planned!
FOR FRESHMAN/FIRST-YEAR APPLICANTS:
- Within the CSU Questions section on the Common Application, look for the question: “Are you eligible for a CSU application fee waiver through one of the following affiliations?”
- Choose “Colorado Free App EVERY Day (CO high school or address)” in the dropdown.
No additional codes or actions are required!
FOR TRANSFER AND SECOND BACHELOR’S APPLICANTS:
No special steps are needed! The application has logic built in to recognize that you are eligible to apply for free.
Transfer and second bachelor’s applicants do not need to choose which waiver they use to apply for free.
